WateRx Customer Warranty Policy

This Warranty sets forth all the responsibilities of WateRx regarding its products. Replacement of defective parts is the customer’s exclusive remedy. This Warranty is the only one you will receive for this product, and there are no other expressed or implied warranties. 

Coverage:

All housings of the WateRx system are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship. WateRx will repair or replace any housing that proves defective in material or workmanship under normal installation and continued service.

Execution of Warranty:

To exercise the rights provided by the WateRx Customer Warranty, it is the customer’s responsibility to complete and return the provided Warranty Registration card within thirty days of purchase. The return of this card is required for warranty coverage. Replacement parts can be obtained by returning the defective part or housing. Replacements will be provided and shipped at no cost to the customer on the strict basis that the customer has met Warranty coverage conditions.

Not Covered:

The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, alterations, failure to follow instructions, neglect, acts of God (i.e. fire, flood, etc.), failure to service your system monthly, or general misuse. Labor charges incurred in connection with installation, repair, service, or replacements are not covered. Housings that have been tampered with by replacement of existing hardware and/or fittings with any and all hardware and/or fittings not provided by WateRx exclusively are not covered under the warranty. After initial installation, the warranty does not cover Whole House systems that are not regularly serviced, nor does the warranty cover units that have sat idle without electricity for more than two weeks. 

Instances For Which WateRx is Not Responsible:

WateRx will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, property damage or personal injury in conjunction with the product, its failure to work or any other consequential damages.

State Law:

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. These exclusions may not apply in your state of residence. This Warranty provides the customer specific legal rights. The customer may have other rights, which are in accordance with his or her state of residence.
